1. 서비스
Tolka는 호스트의 발화를 문자로 인식해 청취자에게 실시간 자막과 번역으로 전달합니다. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공되며 방송은 최대 4시간 후, 또는 호스트 무입력 30분 후 자동 종료됩니다.
2. 녹음·통역에 관한 고지 (호스트 책임)
- 호스트는 방송 시작 전에 참석자·발언자에게 음성이 문자로 인식되어 청취자에게 전달된다는 사실을 알리고 필요한 동의를 받아야 합니다.
- 회사는 음성을 서버에 저장하거나 녹음하지 않으며, 인식된 문장 텍스트만 방송 중 일시적으로 처리합니다. 청취자가 화면을 캡처·기록하는 행위는 회사가 통제하지 못하므로 현장 규칙과 관련 법령(통신비밀보호법, 개인정보 보호법 등)을 따라야 합니다.
- 호스트는 비밀·민감정보, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 방송하지 않아야 합니다.
3. 자동 번역의 한계
음성 인식과 번역은 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 의료·법률·안전 등 중요한 판단의 유일한 근거로 사용하지 마세요. 오류로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 금지 행위
서비스 남용(자동화된 대량 세션 생성·접속), 불법·유해 콘텐츠 방송, 타인 사칭, 서비스 방해는 금지되며 세션이 종료될 수 있습니다.

1. Service
Tolka recognizes the host's speech as text and delivers it to listeners as live captions and translations. The service is provided as is; broadcasts end automatically after 4 hours, or after 30 minutes without host input.
2. Recording and interpretation notice (host responsibility)
- Before starting, the host must inform attendees and speakers that speech is recognized as text and delivered to listeners, and obtain any consent required.
- We do not store or record audio on our servers; only recognized sentence text is processed temporarily during the broadcast. We cannot control listeners capturing their screens, so follow venue rules and applicable law.
- Hosts must not broadcast confidential or sensitive information, or content infringing others' rights.
3. Limits of automatic translation
Speech recognition and translation may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal or safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages caused by errors.
4. Prohibited use
Abuse (automated mass session creation or connections), illegal or harmful content, impersonation and interference may lead to sessions being ended.
