개인정보처리방침 / Privacy
루나링크(LUNALINK, 이하 "회사")는 Tolka 방송 통역 서비스에서 처리하는 정보와 그 목적을 아래와 같이 알립니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 방송 내용: 호스트가 보낸 방송 제목과 인식된 문장 텍스트(음성 자체는 서버로 전송하지 않습니다).
- 청취 정보: 선택한 언어, 접속 수. 계정·이름·연락처는 받지 않습니다.
- 접속 IP: 세션 생성 남용을 막기 위해 방송 생성 요청 시간만 최대 10분 보관하고 자동 삭제합니다.
- 기기 내 저장: 언어·글자 크기·테마 설정을 브라우저 저장소에 보관합니다. 쿠키는 쓰지 않으며 광고·추적 도구도 없습니다.
2. 보관과 삭제
방송 텍스트와 번역 결과는 방송이 끝나거나(최대 4시간, 호스트 무입력 30분 후 자동 종료) 1시간이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다. 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 처리 위탁·국외 이전
서비스 운영과 문장 번역을 위해 클라우드 인프라 사업자(Cloudflare, Inc.)의 서버에서 텍스트를 처리합니다. 번역 요청은 확정된 문장 텍스트에 한합니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
방송 종료 시 데이터는 삭제됩니다. 문의·삭제 요청: support@lunalink.co.kr. 개인정보 보호책임자: 박영화.
LUNALINK (the "Company") explains below what information the Tolka broadcast interpretation service handles and why.
1. Information we process
- Broadcast content: the broadcast title and the recognized sentence text sent by the host (audio itself is not sent to our servers).
- Listener data: chosen language and listener counts. We do not collect accounts, names or contact details.
- IP address: only the time of session-creation requests is kept for up to 10 minutes to prevent abuse, then deleted automatically.
- On your device: language, text size and theme are kept in browser storage. No cookies, ads or tracking.
2. Retention
Broadcast text and translations are deleted automatically one hour after the broadcast ends (maximum 4 hours; auto-ended after 30 minutes without host input). Nothing is stored otherwise.
3. Processors and transfers
Text is processed on the servers of our cloud infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) to run the service and translate sentences. Only finalized sentence text is sent for translation.
4. Your rights
Data is deleted when the broadcast ends. Questions or deletion requests: support@lunalink.co.kr.
